I'm not sure what your question is, but if you are asking if you can swim with your earbuds from Apple - NO, they are NOT waterproof and if you swim with them and they are damaged by water, you will have to buy new earbuds.
You could go to Amazon and look for waterproof earbuds, which they carry.
