Freeform won't sync

Hi Mario - I've lost a lot of work this morning due to this issue. Freeform wouldn't sync and I was concerned the document wasn't saved so I toggled Freeform sync off and on again. My document disappeared instantly and I cannot find it anywhere. This issue seems to persist on my MacBook, my iPad doesn't seem to have this issue. Can you help me with getting my work back? Can we stop this issue occurring in future - if this persists Freeform isn't a trustable or viable tool for me which is a shame as it's pretty useful.

I have the same problem. Freeform is syncing between my iPad and iPhone but not with the Mac using Ventura 13.2

I'm signed into iCloud and other apps are syncing but not Freeform. All settings including handoff etc. are set as per instruction.

Without details of the settings and steps you've tried, proposing a specific relevant suggestion may not be possible. If you have reviewed the information from Access your Freeform boards on all your Apple devices on iPhone and the behavior remains, contact Apple Support directly to investigate further.

I left my board with the default name "untitled". Nothing worked until I renamed the board on my iPad, then it immediately synced to my Mac.

I created a Freeform doc on my Mac, after twiddling with all the parameters as suggested in other online “how to fix syncing” webpages, still no luck.
