I forgot to purchase apple care - it's been 12 days since my one year purchase anniversary.
Will I still be covered for things, how long is my warranty with apple?

Apple's limited warranty is 1 year, and Apple Care extends by another year. Any damage after the limited warranty is out of pocket.
On a computer (and if you pay up front), Applecare extends the coverage by two years. One year coverage applies to iDevices.
