Suddenly everything became bigger on my iPhone. Not the text though, only the borders around the options like in settings and notifications etc. they’re just way bigger than they should be and it looks very weird. Usually there are more options in this screen but because of the sudden enlargement of the borders, only a few options are here. I already searched and NO it’s not the zoom feature I also reset all settings but it’s still like that.

A few items to check :
? Can you see a search bar above the title Settings , if so , type in keywords that may help you find out what's going on
? Settings > display & brightness > at the bottom > view
? Accessibility has a zoom feature
? Control Center > add accessibility features > magnifier
? In the Apple Support app , there is a listing for eSIM & SIM , choose the option
" If you see invalid SIM … …"
That's all I can think of , good luck 🍀
AND NOW IT FIXED ITSELF. I literally reset all my settings for nothing 🙄
