Iphone 11 4G internet problem

My phone didn’t have this problem before, it started like 3 days ago. My phone shows that I have 4G and good signals but when I go to apps like Youtube, Instagram etc. it’s says that I don’t have a connection or no internet at all, but then after some time like 10-30 minutes I get back the internet and everything works fine and then it repeats again and again. I have tried many solutions like restarting the network settings, restarting my phone, even changed the sim card to a different but it still the same. Also I don’t even use vpn so that can’t be a problem. Can someone please help?

When this occurs, does it state you have an active 4G connection with more than two cellular bars in the menu bar? We ask because you may be no longer connected to the cellular network or may not have enough signal from cellular to launch the app successfully. See if any of these resources can help us out:

In case you continue to have issues, have you been in touch with your wireless carrier about this issue yet? Since the cellular plan and network is handled by the wireless carrier, it may be best to make sure everything is good on their end. Does this occur after connecting to a Wi-Fi network? As that may help us to determine if it's only cellular network related or it could be something else happening here.
