There is no update available for this MacBook Pro it shows already as fully up to date. I do not want to remove it from my account. How do I solve this problem?

How old is the MBP? If it is too old to get the minimum version of MacOS required for the new security then none of your devices can have the updated security.
This is not a new thing. eg Account Recovery, Updated Reminders etc all required a minimum level of OS for all devices on your account.
To my knowledge, the latest official macOS Ventura version is 13.1 (not 13.0.1).

I'm not being offered to update. MacBook Pro is the last intel version.
Are you running antivirus or vpn?
...and have you been to Apple, System Settings, General, Software update to check?
