Alarm not allowing music to play

So after a couple of years and updates even a new phone can we still not use music for our alarms anymore

Alarm > Sound > Pick a Song > [it takes you to Apple Music] > Download the song for offline listening and then select the song.

How can I set my alarm to play songs from Apple Music on my iPhone 11 Pro? I recently upgraded to an iPhone 16 and now it won’t play my alarms correctly. It reverts to a regular alarm sound. Alarm not playing selected music None of my alarms are playing the music that I have selected and instead it just plays the default alarm music, I have downloaded the music to my phone but it still doesn't work.

Music not working for alarm Ever since the new iOS 16 update my alarm clock won’t play any songs as an alarm. I’ve tried everything listed in prior questions to this but nothing is working. Please tell me how to fix this because I’ve about had it with crappy updates and bugs like this. I’m on the verge of changing phones
