Can anyone tell me how to change the background of the login start screen on iMac M1 (OS Ventura 13.1)? It seems to be impossible. I can hardly believe it!

There are certain Special Conditions that Must be present on the Computer to change the Login Background Picture
1 - FileVault can not be turned On
2 - There must be Only 1 User account on this computer, Not even a Guest account either
