Iphone 14 pro max camera

I purchase 14 pro max a week ago. Photo quality is bad. I took photo in bright sunlight but photo make people black in color. I compare with my friends 13 pro max with all the setting and exposure same 14 pro max photos are bad than 13 pro max.

Does apple know about that?

Are they fixing this?

Why is iPhone 13 Pro Max camera quality trash hi I just upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro Max from the iPhone X and the photo quality is terrible. My husband has the iPhone 11 Pro and it takes far superior photos. I’ve tested in lower light and it blacks out half the photo and while I’m going to take a photo, it looks like there are strobe lights (even though it’s not on the strobe lights). Bad camera on iPhone 15 pro I usually upgrade my iPhone every year and I do this because I want a better camera. This has been the worst upgrade yet. I actually don’t think I’ve had this problem with a new iPhone before. The photos are dimmer and blurry compared to my iPhone 14 Pro photos. The ones I take now are not bright enough and looks like they were taken with an older phone if anything. Apple please fix this! I hope this is one of those things that can be fixed with an update because if not I will be expecting my money back and will no longer be purchasing a new one every year. I also keep hearing people’s devices are getting scratched easily if you got a dark colored 15 pro but apparently Apple is already aware of this. If you are also having issues with your camera I suggest to call them to ask for a solution so that this will be taken care of in a timely manner.
