Watch keyboard notifications

Started getting keyboard input notifications on iphone. Turned off notifications for watch keyboard but this stopped text messages on my watch.

Thanks for choosing the Apple Support Communities. We understand you're no longer getting notifications for Messages on your Apple Watch. let's try these steps to get them working again.

Change notification settings on Apple Watch - Apple Support

Go to your Apple Watch app on your iPhone
Go to Notifications
Tap Messages
Make sure Allow Notifications and Mirror my iPhone are checked

Sorry, I didn’t make myself clear. I was receiving text messages on my watch until I stopped notifications for Apple Watch Keyboard. These notifications were very intrusive and seem to have been a bug. The fix for this stopped messages. I had to go back and allow the notifications for keyboard and reboot the watch to get messages, again.
