Today I unboxed the Macbook air 2019 A1932.
I noticed after activation that the fan is constantly heard, the battery does not charge and the device is very slow. After a full 2 hours of the process, it said that the battery must be replaced.
I have reset the SMC several times but no change
Lithium ion batteries do not deal well with being left without a charge for long periods of time.
Where did you get this “new” MacBook Air? It’s potentially 3 1/2 years old. if it’s been sitting on a shelf the whole time, the battery is probably toast.
If you purchased it from an authorized retailer, you may be able to get the battery replaced under warranty. Otherwise, I’d say just return it and get your money back.

Um… no. If you purchased it 7 July 2019, the warranty expired 7 July 2020. The warranty begins on the date of sale, not the date of activation.
You’re going to have to pay for a battery replacement.

On apple check, look for the date of purchase.
It is 07.07.2019
but does not allow apple under 2020 to enter the date of purchase.
I have now activated an iPhone 11 pro for verification and it has an active warranty of 12 months. This means that it is not OK for Apple to activate from the day of purchase, but from the day of activation!!
I didn't buy it from Apple, it was really new, I removed the foil from the box and unpacked it.
Unbelievable how slow the device is.
