Powerbeats pro case no longer charges headphones, red light come on

I purchased two powerbeats pro, one black and one white, and the case for one no longer charges the powerbeats. How do I get a case replacement? I can verify that nothing is wrong with either of the headphones; the case in question only shows a red light when plugged in.

It's great that you have another device to test against to isolate this concern. If you've completed the reset steps from Reset your Beats earphones without success, contacting Apple Support for options would be your next step. To reset PowerBeats Pro:


"Reset Powerbeats Pro

  1. Place both earbuds in the case. Leave the case open.
  2. Press and hold the system button on the case for 15 seconds or until the LED indicator light flashes red and white.
  3. Release the system button.

The LED indicator light will continue to flash white, which means that you can pair your Powerbeats Pro with your iPhone, Mac, Android device, or other device again."
