Problem uploading documents to Icloud Drive from Finder Macbook Air

I'm trying to upload about 20G of zoom recordings to my Icloud Drive, but still half of the documents have not been uploaded, but rather stayed only in my Mac. Meaning not all the documents have the little cloud besides them. I tried looking for an action from Finder (as dropbox offers), or even visited my Icloud page, but I can't seem to find anything that not only checks the upload but allows to upload it. Any suggestions?

MacBook Air 13″, OS X 10.11

Hi there camilo270,

If you are having issues uploading documents to iCloud Drive, these steps from Use iCloud Drive to store documents on your Mac, iPhone, and iPad can help resolve what's happening:

If you can’t move or save a document to iCloud Drive
If you can’t move or save a document to iCloud Drive, your iCloud storage space may be full. The document stays on your Mac, and is uploaded to iCloud Drive when space becomes available.

iCloud Drive shares your iCloud storage with iCloud Photos, iOS and iPadOS device backups, messages and attachments in iCloud Mail (your @icloud.com email account), and more.

To get more space, do the following:
• Upgrade your storage. See Manage iCloud storage.
• Remove items you don’t need to store in iCloud Drive.

If this continues after looking over that, see if you can use this article to upload these files to iCloud Drive using the iCloud website next: Upload and download files from iCloud Drive on iCloud.com

That will allow us to isolate if iCloud or Finder is responsible for this behavior.

Cheers!
