apple mail on mac vs apple mail on iphone

The other day, I asked my daughter to forward a copy of the email she had received from Disney. My mail page on my mac was blank. I asked her to try again, but it was again blank. Those forwards were from her iphone. Today she tried again. I opened her forward on MY iphone and the forward ( lots of graphics, etc [20 pages of print] ) and it came through just fine. I left the forward in my inbox. However, when I opened the email forward on my mac, the page was blank. I quickly checked my iphone and it was there, just not on my mac. Can anyone explain why and/or what I need to do to keep this from happening?

P. Phillips

Another oddity has popped up. I forwarded the email I received on my iphone to my wife's macbook (a little older running the latest Monterey) and it showed fully. She then re-forwarded it back to my computer and it showed completely. My daughter, original sender, uses Hotmail and accesses it via Chrome either on her iphone or macbook (not Ventura). I am beginning to think the problem lies with my daughter's setup.

So, last night she forwarded another Disney email and it came through on all my devices with no problem. Said it was sent using her work setup. Home setup obviously was the problem - just interesting how it only showed being a problem on OS Ventura iMac.

Is the mail Server from here Work address different than her Hotmail address.

If so, the coincident of Ventura would not be a factor
