Removed one family member for over 30 days, but the iCloud space still been occupied?

I have removed one of my family memeber for over 30 days already, but the iCloud space that have been occupied by the removed member haven't been released.

How can I release the space that have been occupied by the already-removed family member?

*SOLVED*

By stopping iCloud Family Sharing, and then reset Family Sharing.
