Unable to add card to Apple Pay

First, make sure that you are in a supported country or region.

Then check ▶︎ System Status for possible service outages.

▷ Be sure the card has not expired.

Then be sure to activate your card before attempting to add it to Apple Wallet by contacting your bank.

If that didn’t work, then click ▶︎ Can’t add a card to Apple Wallet for detailed instructions.

If that doesn’t work, then try linking the payment method:

Open Settings ➢ your name at the top of the list ➢ Payment & Shipping ➢ Add Payment Method.

Once the payment method has been added, you should have the option to link it to Apple Pay.

Make sure your iPhone is set to a country or region where Apple Pay is supported in Settings ➜ General ➜ Language & Region ➜ Region

That particular card may require the issuers app then. Check with the issuer for specifics on how to add it.

Are you sure the Setting here Settings ➜ General ➜ Language & Region ➜ Region is set to he USA?
