Apple Podcast - Rewind 15 sec with F7 Key ?

Hello!

Is there a way to configure the apple keyboard to rewind 15 seconds with F7 (rewind key) when listening to a podcast?

The keyboard treats the podcast episodes like a song, if you press F7 it sends you back to the beginning of the episode instead of rewinding 15 sec.

I know there is a shortcut in apple podcast, but I was wondering if I could just use the F7 key.

How do I play a podcast station using shortcuts? I have a podcast station set up to play some BBC podcasts. The station is called BBC world. A few weeks ago I set up a shortcut to play the podcast station. It looks like this in the shortcuts app. This works just as I wanted. My problem is that I can't remember exactly how I did it, and using the Play Podcast shortcut action doesn't allow me to select a station, only individual podcasts. I want to set up a shortcut to play a different station, but can't work out how to do it. I have the same problem on all devices, iPhone, iPad Pro, & Mac Mini (M1) What am I missing?
