Scripts Folder Questions

In moving my Applescripts from an old MacBook Pro to a New MacBook Air, I noticed two apparent oddities in the Scripts folder:

(1) Some of the folder names contain the word "Scripts" at the end while others don't.

(2) There are separate folders for "Folder Actions" and "Folder Action Scripts".

On (1), I have all of my old Scripts folders ending with "Scripts", so I'm adding the word to the MBA folders lacking it also, changing e.g. "Color Sync" to "ColorSync Scripts". I assume this is okay. Is there any logical reason Apple named some of the folders with "Scripts" and some without?

On (2), I color-tagged the "Folder Actions" scripts (in order to possibly move them back later), moved them to "Folder Action Scripts" and deleted the now-empty "Folder Actions" folder. I assume this is okay? I don't see any reason for the folder action scripts concerned to be in a separate folder with a different folder name, but if there is one perhaps someone can explain it to me, thanks.
