I bought the phone from eBay, USA, and I did not know that it was iCloud locked. I tried to cancel the order after purchasing. I could not, and the phone was sent to me. I am in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia. I want your help to unlock the phone. Tha

There is nothing Apple can do to help you, only way to remove icloud activation lock is by having the original owners inforrmation.
You'll need to keep working with ebay to get a refund for your purchase.

I could not return the phone, it was purchased through a Stackry broker
Then, you have been scammed by the person who sold you the phone.
