I have been a monthly subscriber to Apple TV for over a year. All payments are current. When I attempt to connect via Xfinity or on my IMac, I cannot connect with normal sign in. I can only select "Free Trial". There is no place to log in.

There is no place to log in.

Please log in to the Apple TV+ app on your third party streaming device, through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon), using the Apple ID account that has the Apple TV+ subscription.
