Hi,

Any information about the printer model?

An AirPrint-enabled printer can print from an iPhone, provided that the printer and the iPhone are connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router). Special software not needed.

Use AirPrint to print from your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If all Wi-Fi settings are OK, but there is a problem with device discovery, you could try the following power-cycle sequence (with these waiting times; do not forget the router): Power off the Wi-Fi router, the printer, the iPhone, and all other connected devices/computers. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the printer. Wait a minute or two. Power on the iPhone. Finally, power on all other devices/computers.

Troubleshooting Printers on an iPhone:

A. Redownload the Drivers:

If the printer disappeared, then redownload the drivers. IMPORTANT: Get the drivers from none other than the manufacture's Web sire, as a way to avoid scams and such. Getting it elsewhere, you may end up with spam or getting phished.

B. Restore from Today's Backup:

Restore your iPhone from a backup of it that contains these messages, and you could recover them.
