IPhone App Icons

I have an iPhone 14 pro, but had the same irritating issue with the iPhone 13 pro. Because of the phone’s beauty and endurance and Apple Care, I don’t use a case. Almost daily, when I pick it up with my hand, all apps begin bouncing and a message appears asking if I want to delete them? So, I hit ‘Done.’ Note it would easy to inadvertently delete and loose them all. I just hold the case on either side and don’t press any buttons. Is there a way to prevent this?

Realistically, why would we need a shortcut to delete all our phone apps at once. How often would that use case occur?

Greetings Juan Colorado,

You can find the available ways to delete apps on your iPhone here:

If you are concerned about the amount of force needed to initiate Haptic Touch actions on your iPhone, you can review the guidance found here:

Change 3D or Haptic Touch sensitivity on your iPhone - Apple Support

"How to turn on 3D or Haptic Touch

  1. Open Settings and tap Accessibility.
  2. Tap Touch.
  3. Tap 3D & Haptic Touch. Depending on the device you have, only the 3D Touch or the Haptic Touch option might appear. For 3D Touch, turn on the feature, then use the slider to select a sensitivity level. For Haptic Touch, choose a touch duration speed, then tap the image to test your setting."

Take care.
