Shortcut play music not working. iPhone 12

I have a shortcut on my new iPhone 12 to play music when it connects to my car's bluetooth. On my previous phone(iPhone SE Second Edition it worked great but doesn't work on my new iPhone 12 it doesn't work after the memory/settings/etc was ported over to this phone.

I tried recreating it and no difference. I tried many other things like turning the phone and the shortcut off and back on again. I've had similar issues with other shortcuts.

"Hey Siri play music" works great so I am getting used to doing that when I get in my car. I've tried using it with other bluetooth devices like my headphones and it doesn't work either.

After a while I get an error notification saying the shortcut timed out and that Automation failed with an error code like "Automation 1E2CA1A3-7749-4605-990E-3FFD7746DD34"
