I did a web search and this does not appear to be a charge that you are receiving from Apple. There are many people complaining about bogus charges from this entity. It appears to be some sort of scam associated with Limasossol Cypress.

I suggest that you speak to your bank's fraud department to research these ongoing charges and possibly have them reversed.

I looked at my own bank account and when Apple charges me for a subscription it plainly states the charge was from Apple, not from a 3rd party.

Also, the FitCOACH app in the iOS App Store is by a company in the Netherlands. There are no subscriptions nor in-app purchases described for this app in the app details.

Hello Mari1962,

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities.

We understand you're looking to cancel a subscription that appears to be billed directly to your bank account, right?

If we have that correct, we would recommend contacting the app developer if this was purchased in the App Store. For assistance with locating the contact details, check out the steps below. You can find additional steps here: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

Contact the developer of an iOS, iPadOS, or watchOS app

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.

2. Search for the app, then tap it. If you can't find it, tap the account button  or your photo at the top of the screen, tap Purchased, tap "Not on this [device]," then tap the app.

3. The app's product page appears. Scroll to the Ratings & Reviews section, then tap App Support. If you don't see App Support, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.

In the App Store on iPhone, you can find the App Support button below the reviews.

If we misunderstood you, the following resource will help with cancelling subscriptions billed through your Apple ID: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

Lastly, you'll want to contact your banking institution to have them check into this for you if the previous suggestions aren't helpful.

Have a great day!
