Shortcut asking for confirmation

I have set up a new shortcut on my phone that sets lights and music. When triggering the shortcut from my HomePod, HomePod asks ‘ready to run?’ to which I have to reply ‘yes’. I only want one interaction to trigger the shortcut. none of my other shortcuts do this.

Any advice?

Got it. It was the ‘show when run’ toggle in the first action.
