Now if it was purchased through a retailer that is not Apple, we suggest contacting them to obtain a copy of the invoice.
Also, we recommend to clean the microphone on your AirPods. If there's debris on the microphone it may cause users to not hear you. Here's how to properly clean the microphone:
∙ Clean the microphone and speaker meshes gently with a dry cotton swab. Remove any debris from the meshes with a clean, dry, soft-bristled brush.
