How do I unlock my apple watch to use find my

My apple watch 7 is showing as offline so i cannot locate it using find my, how do I remedy this?

If you have lost your Watch and it is now offine then there is no way to locate it with Find My.

If you lost it or it was stolen I suspect some crook has taken it apart by now for parts.
