Rebuilding iTunes library ETC

Our music libraries on the Windows 10 desktop were messed up, so we started over again.

I had backups of the Apple music folders on another hard drive.

I recreated an iTunes library for my wife and one for myself.

Now, I have exactly what my wife wants in her library and can listen to in the car.

And, I have my music in my library.

However, I can see my music files on the hard drive in my iTunes folder.

But I cannot see her music files on the hard drive in her iTunes folder.

Thoughts? Did I do something when I set hers up that I did not do when I set mine up?

I'd prefer having her files also on the hard drive.

PS. I have a couple backups of the files on hard drives, so losing the music etc is not an issue per se.

Windows, Windows 10

Apple Music subscription content cannot be imported from local storage into a library. Any such local files not already considered as downloaded should be discarded and downloaded from the cloud, however...

See Authorization vs. association - Apple Community. Apple Music requires that a computer be associated with an Apple ID. A single computer cannot be associated with two Apple IDs at the same time. Perhaps you don't have two Apple Music subscriptions after all, and the mention of Apple Music was a distraction.

When you are signed into your Apple ID in iTunes you should see all of your unhidden purchase history, along with any content that has been added from local storage. Perhaps you simply need to import your wife's files into her new library. Typically the media folder would be ..\iTunes\iTunes Media for each library.
