Iphone keeps changing the volume to max

Hi, anyone have an idea what to do about this? sometimes it happens in the night, so the alarm signal goes off at max volume in the morning. Sometimes i just happens at random in the day so the ringer is close to exploding. I have not been able to see a pattern to why this keeps happening, its really frustrating. The “change with buttons” setting is turned off.

Any other ideas?
