Resetting MacBook but can’t accept Terms and Conditions

So, I’m resetting my MacBook and get to ‘Terms and Conditions’. The ‘Agree’ button is greyed out and won’t let me proceed. Because I’m resetting the whole thing, there are no settings I can change or anything. I’ve restarted the process a few times but keep getting stuck. OS is Catalina.

hey I’m running into same problem i try to sign in to my Mac Pro 12 but it says that I put the wrong password even when it’s right and when I try to reset my password through Apple ID I can’t click on agree on therms and conditions I hope someone could help me
