So, I’m resetting my MacBook and get to ‘Terms and Conditions’. The ‘Agree’ button is greyed out and won’t let me proceed. Because I’m resetting the whole thing, there are no settings I can change or anything. I’ve restarted the process a few times but keep getting stuck. OS is Catalina.

The workaround is to click the Back button and return to the page asking you if you want to set up iCloud. Select "Skip" or "Set up later" or words to that effect.
Then, you will be able to advance to the T&C page and Agree. You can set up iCloud later.
I’m not able to skip or set up my iCloud later as I’m trying to reset my password. If I click back it restarts and the login page comes up

Also trying to reset my password and the back button work around doesn’t work. Any other ideas?
Im having the same issue. My laptop was reset/wiped of all data and now I cannot get past that screen. There is not an option to skip iCloud or set up later. Any one have another option? Thx
