6s battery recall

I typed in my info from my Apple iPhone 6s , in regards to the battery recall Apple published, and Apple made an appointment for me at one of their stores in Winston-Salem, so I could get the battery replaced. Well, Apple welched on the recall by saying that they wouldn’t replace it unless the phone would not turn on at all, my phone would turn on and stay on for all of 30 seconds and it was showing full charge and all of a sudden it was drained then it shut off , and until I plugged it up to charge it, would not stay on. And I remind you, APPLE WAS THE ONES THAT SET UP THE APPOINTMENT USING THE PHONE’s ID CREDENTIALS IN SETTINGS. After Apple sent me to the Apple store for the replacement, and wasting more of my time & money, and getting even more fed up with APPLE…they didn’t replace the battery that was , yet another one of their Apple defects. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience with APPLE 🍎..?? Anyway, I still can’t use the $400 iPhone I purchased from WALMART, and feel like APPLE should honor the IPHONE 6s BATTERY RECALL REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT MY PHONE COMES ON, and stays on for a whole 30 seconds…because, after all, it was APPLE that created the defect to start with.., don’t y’all? Good to see everyone and hope y’all have a blessed year in our life timeline. Something else ain’t it?😏😤

If you are using an iPhone 6s with an original battery in the phone, your battery has used its useful life and needs to be replaced if you want to continue to use a phone which was released in 2015. The phone is nearly 8 years old and batteries are consumable parts which simply lose their ability to hold a charge. And 8 years is way longer than the battery should have lasted at this point.

You say you're open to suggestions? Pay to have the battery replaced in your phone. It will cost you $49.

The Apple repair program you are referring to is very specific criteria on what it is for. "...may not power on due to a component that may fail."

iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus Service Program for No Power Issues - Apple Support

It sounds like by yours powering on it doesn't meet the criteria and has a different issue going on. What troubleshooting have you tried already?
