New MacBook Air Trackpad Sensitivity

I just purchased a MacBook Air, newest model and up to date. My trackpad has been activating on its own. For example: as I watch videos, the mouse moves and brings up the video timeline bar, or even pauses what I am watching.

This laptop is brand new as of two days ago. I literally purchased this Tuesday. What is going on?

Trackpad touch sensitivity issue My macbook 's trackpad is less sensitive at the top right corner and it's edges as compared to the other sides and middle , although all gestures working well, But interesting things is that when I continuosly use my laptop for 1hour and more it seems the sensitivity is normal ,but after booting up the device for certain periods of time the issue occured? MacBook Air trackpad sometimes doesn't work Recently, on my new MacBook Air, the trackpad doesn't work randomly at certain times. Usually, when this happens, I have to force restart my laptop a few times. This happens randomly and is a daily annoyance that I don't know what time it happens. Track pad on new Macbook Air too sensitive There must be a way to reduce sensitivity, this thing is flying all over the place at the lightest touch, and I have it at the least sensitive setting. Obvi trackpad system preferences are useless, any other workarounds?
