iPad Pro 11" (4th gen) 2022 model. Exchange for faulty device.
I just bought an iPad. it came with a faulty display. I talked to support and they offered me express replacement. I've done some research and I found out that sometimes the devices are refurbished. I really DON'T want a refurb because I just bought this device brand new! since it's still so new to the market and I don't know if they even have any refurbs of this model yet. I wanted to know how likely it is that I'm going to get a refurb. I really want a new device and I'm afraid that won't be the case. now I'm scared.
