How do it move contacts from one list to another?

I've never used that functionality.. but I just added a TestList and then went into a random contact card.. at the very bottom there is a section that says Included In List where you can select Add to List

Then I also went into the new list I created, tapped the + icon in the upper right corner.. I was able to add a contact to the list that way as well.
