Apple TV error message

Apple TV app isn’t available right now check internet connection.

all the other apps on my Apple TV work, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime but not the Apple TV app or the subscriptions I have purchased thru Apple TV like AMC+, Paramount or showtime.

is there an outage ?

I don’t know why it posted in watch OS I SELECTED APPLE TV APP
