Apple TV gone, just library shows

I have a current Apple TV subscription. I normally watch on my iphone and on our tv with a Playstation. Last night, Apple Tv became unavailable on the Playstation. It said “Apple TV App Not Available”. It gives an option to reload but that just makes the same error page reload. At the same

time, the Apple TV app on my phone just shows my library content. I deleted and reloaded the app but that did not change a thing. Any advice?
