Alarm for medications hourly not daily

Is there a way to set medications in the Health app for every X hours instead of every X days? It seems to only allow daily alarms when I need a setting that is X hours from the last time I took it.

Is there a way to add medication interval per 6 hours? I tried to add a medication manually using the health app and I couldn't figure out to change the interval 'day' to 'hour'. Pressing on 'Day' doesn't change as well.

Medications I have found the medications feature in the Health app to be quite useful. This feature is very helpful for those of us who have numerous medications to take at certain times during the day. I especially love the conflicts feature. I do have a couple of recommendations for future releases. I would ask Apple to make it easier to edit the medications already entered. I have attempted to change some times taking the medications as well as the strength of the medication, to no avail. I further recommend Apple add an alarm feature. Presently, all I get a pop up at the bottom of my iPhone which is too easy to ignore. This is especially critical for those of us who must take medications at specific times during the day. I am quite pleased Apple update the Health feature with medications, enhanced sleep, and other items. I hope Apple will implement these recommendations in the near future.
