Health App Incorrectly Adding Up Active Calories

I saw this question asked a few times with unsatisfactory answers trying to avoid the problem. Perhaps it has been answered correctly somewhere, but I don't know.

Strava reports calories burned in a ride. These calories show up in the data list for active calories Here you can see that the total for the day is reported as 418, yet strava provided to the health app 574 active calories. These calories should not be reallocated to resting calories as I saw in another version of this problem. These calories are 100% active calories reported to the specifically active calorie data set. If it is still anyone's opinion that apple is splitting the calories into active and resting, that would be entirely a failing of apple's. That's not how cycling calories work, they are strictly completely active calories on top of bmr.

All devices and software is fully up to date. I'm not unlinking and linking again just to have this happen again.

This is a math error in the apple health app, plain and simple. Can it be explained and resolved?
