I dropped my phone and my screen cracked at the top. No problem because I pay for insurance. But it’s through AT&T, so I have to get it repaired there. If I get my screen repaired by AT&T will my Face ID function still work?

The Face ID module is located at the top center of your screen with the front facing camera. It is not part of the screen. If Face ID is not working due to a damaged Face ID module, then the module will need to be replaced and not the screen (unless the screen is also damaged).
