Why I'm receiving Jason error?

As far as I know my iphone is up to date: IOS v 16.2

It's my first time since I started using an Twitter widget (Twidget)app, when tried to login to my account to activate the widget it will not open and I see this message: “JSON could not be login because of 34 error:

I restarted the phone deleted the Twitter and the Twidget and reinstall even I installed another widget but the same error received!the is there another approach I should try? Thank you.

my social media wont let me sign up even though I downloaded the apps I downloaded Snapchat,Instagram and TikTok and the instagram one would not load the page and for snap chat there is an error where once I entered my password it would say there was an error code C16A and TikTok I would enter my birthday and it would not load to the next page. I don’t have very good internet but I do have internet I can live with and I have the iPhone XS so I don’t know if it’s the phone or something else. Facebook and Messenger won't work! I have an iPhone XR, and my Facebook and messenger app always comes up with an error when I try to log in. I've tried researching ways and have tried every way I could find but still nothing has helped. Please help!!
