Hello Hailey_____,

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities.

We understand you're looking for assistance with your AirPods disconnecting, right?

If we have that correct, let's first confirm that you have the latest AirPod firmware installed. For assistance with checking this out, take a look at the following resource. This may help in clearing up what's occurring if you see that the firmware needs to be updated: About firmware updates for AirPods - Apple Support

If you have the latest firmware version installed, try resetting your AirPods to see if this clears up what's occurring. We'll include the first few steps to get you started below, and you can follow along with the remaining steps here: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support

1. Put your AirPods in their charging case, and close the lid.

2. Wait 30 seconds.

3. Open the lid of your charging case, and put your AirPods in your ears.

4. Go to Settings > Bluetooth. Or go to Settings > [your AirPods].

• If your AirPods appear there as connected, tap the More Info button  next to your AirPods, tap Forget This Device, then tap again to confirm.

• If your AirPods don't appear there, continue to the next step.

We hope this is able to help. If not, provide more detail on what's happening to provide us with a clearer understanding of what's happening. Let us know how you see the AirPods disconnect, and confirm if this happens when connecting to a different device.

Have a great day!
