How can i get IOS 14 profile?? For iphone six plus

You cannot. This is because the iPhone 6 Plus can be updated to iOS version 12.5.6 and nothing further. It does not have the necessary hardware to run higher iOS versions in an efficient manner. You will need a newer model iPhone to install use higher versions of the iOS.

You don’t.

That phone can not run anything later than ios 12.5.6.
