Circle flash on entire screen
Sometimes, not always, upon picking up phone, the screen displays a white circle that flashes on almost the entire screen. What is this or does it mean?

From what you've shared it sounds like this behavior may be related to the Back Tap feature. If it only happens intermittently you may accidentally use the feature when picking up your device. Here's how to check if you have any action tied to it: Use Back Tap on your iPhone - Apple Support
"Turn on Back Tap
- Check that you have the latest version of iOS on your iPhone 8 or later.
- Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch, and tap Back Tap.
- Tap Double Tap or Triple Tap and choose an action.
- Double or triple tap on the back of your iPhone to trigger the action you set."
