How do you turn off do not disturb?

updated My phone recently and today, all of the sudden, do not disturb came on and I can not figure out how to turn it off. Please help me. I didn’t even turn it on.

Pull down from the TOP RIGHT corner of your iPhone 12 Pro Max’s screen. This will reveal the Control Center. Find the FOCUS button. If it is highlighted in White, then Focus mode is ON. Tap on it and turn Focus mode OFF. This will turn off the Do Not Disturb focus mode.
