Wi-FI disconnecting iOS 16.2

This is a critical bug which support can't solve very long time.

I would be grateful if someone knows a solution, except for ways to reboot or reset something

P.S. For 7 years of using Android, I have never had such problems🙁

There is nothing wrong that is expected behavior only way to stay connected to wifi when phone is locked is to plug phone to a power source.
