No access to speaker or mic during call
I suddenly lost access to mic or speaker during call. I restarted the phone it doesn’t help. The call goes and is received but I cannot hear

The other apps work well. For example I can listen to audio on you tube and WhatsApp etc but I am not permitted to call. As the picture shows the speaker button cannot be pressed. So when I call the call goes to other phone but I have no audio as both my mic and speakers are unaccessible. Can anyone help
