Not getting text verifications from 833 numbers

iPhone 13 on t mobile is not getting text verification codes needed for I’d on website. They come from a toll free 833 number. T mobile sees the message but it will not show up on the iPhone. So it must be a settings. There are lots of blocked number that I did not manually add.

Manage your blocked phone numbers, contacts, and emails

To see the phone numbers, contacts, and email addresses that you've blocked from Phone, FaceTime, Messages, or Mail:
Phone
Go to Settings > Phone and tap Blocked Contacts to see the list.

thanks but that was the first stop.

the problem is more complicated this is a verification code from a foreign bank they send using 3rd party toll free numbers beginning with 1 833. the rest of the 10 digit long code changes. It is not Always the same .

I believe the problem, after trouble shooting with t mobile, is their "code of conduct" that blocks certain commercial texts using their term"grey lines". I have had numerous support calls and gone through all kinds of steps. NOTHING CHANGES still locked out of our bank account. T mobile support could SEE THE TEXT on their server received, but it is not being sent to the phone. If anyone has any kind of work around please help.
