I just went to look at my Blocked List (for phone / text, etc) and about 4/5ths of it is gone completely.
It was rather large, now it is very short.
So are those numbers lost forever? Is there any way for me to be able to retrieve that information? If they're no longer in my block list - are they still blocked from calling my phone? Thanks!

When a phone call comes in, the blocked list is searched to see if it should be allowed. So yes, the blocked phone numbers need to be included in the Block List.
You mentioned you sync your information and data to iCloud. Do you happy to also back up your iPhone to iCloud as well? If you do, this article provides the steps to locate your iCloud backups: Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
If you’re able to locate an iCloud backup, see if the blocked numbers are there by restoring the backup to your device: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
We also want you to be aware that restoring any backup reverts any new data you’ve added since the date of the backup will be removed. To keep that from happening, we recommend backing up your iPhone to a computer:

If you add a new number to the blocked list, does it appear? We want to be sure the block list is working moving forward for you as well.

unfortunately - I don't have any backups on my computer - everything syncs to iCloud...when I clicked on "Manage Backups" - there was nothing there.
As far as the blocked list though - yes - it does allow me to add new ones...
But I guess my question now though is...since I am not able to access any of the blocked numbers I had before - does that mean that they are still blocked from calling me?
Just curious because I feel like I need to keep someones number open and their number is one of the numbers that is no longer on my Blocked list...can they reach out to me? Thanks for your help, Manjor!
