Notifications on Apple Watch 8

I have tried everything been on with Apple support, visited the Genius Bar actually got a new watch as a replacement today and still no notifications.

Mirroring means the notification goes to the Watch (if the phone is locked) or ti the phine (if the phone is in use) but NEVER to both.

Whichever notifications you are talking about do a screenshot if the settings in My Watch tab and post it here

When you get notifications for Mail and or messages, do they appear both on your iPhone and on your Apple Watch? In other words, does your watch mirror exactly what your iPhone is receiving?
